General Meeting Info & Directions:
The public is welcome to come to our meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.
Our meetings are held at the Jefferson County (Jeffco) Fairgrounds, in Golden, on the first Wednesday of each month. From 6:30 to 7:15, we feature a fly-tying corner, and social time.. From 7:15 to 7:45, we hold a short business meeting. Our program runs from 7:45 to 8:45 and is immediately followed by the drawing of the winners in our monthly bucket raffle. . We do not have a meeting in July. Our August meeting is generally a Potluck Dinner at one of the area parks. Many times our November or our December meeting is a special event.
Directions:
From downtown Denver, take Sixth Ave. way out west to Indiana Street in Golden. From there head south (left) on Indiana, and at the light take your first right. Go around past the Fire Station. Look for the entrance to the Fairgrounds on your left. Once on the fairgrounds property bear to the left so that all the building are on your right side. At the parking lot walk west towards the buildings. Enter the left end of the building through the far doors. This building has a large lighted marque on the wall welcoming everyone to Jeffco fairgrounds. The sign will probably also announce our meeting as well as other events at the fairgrounds.
